Posted 28 days ago I had 2 interviews with Turner Construction for a Project Engineer position in San Diego...I didn't get it. But they didn't let any of us know for over a month. Furthermore, some of the people that started the process with us left before final descions were made, I don't think that helped either.

Posted 20 days ago Knjones, are you based in San Diego? How is the job market down south? That is frustrating about waiting a month to hear back.

Posted 19 days ago I went to UCSD for my undergrad, but since I couldn't find work to sustain me, I had to move back home. I'd say overall, the job market is better down south though, just not for what I need.

Posted 2 days ago I had an interview with Hertz...but they feel the 48 mile commute is too much for me. I was driving 70 miles (one-way) with my last job. I have another interview on Tuesday with Kids Central (they do foster parent programs, adoptions, counseling for families, etc.) for a Budget Analyst position. Keep your fingers crossed.
