Alright, I've got a few usability criticism about this forum that I wanted to mention.

  1. Change the board name.  I appreciate this website's sense of joke, but theses forum names has got to be the most misleading thing I've ever read.  I literally thought that, "Am I the only one that doesn't know how to write a resume?" was a thread, not a board.  I know there's a description written under it, but people don't read descriptions; they read headlines.  Use simple, direct lines like, "Resume Help," for the board names, please.  Simple, shorter, effective.

  2. Dim the top navigation bar, or make the forum topic itself more eye-catching and attractive.  The first thing I see when I go to the forum is the purple navigation bar.  Great, since thats sort of important, but what about the forums?  It's just white and green.  Make sure the portion that requires the most attention is attractive.

  3. Quoting is screwed up.  I see this way too often: a guy replying someone else's comment...and it ends up within the quote box.  No wonder, because right after you hit quote on a message, the cursor starts at the quote box!  Remember to make a newline that remains outside of the quote box so people can easily reply to quotes without looking like one.

I probably have a lot of other complaints, but I'll leave it here for now.
