I would love to write for MonsterCollege! I just built the first online training school for a major, 3000+ employee company, that allows the employees to learn new skills, train new managers and encourage team building and a culture of learning. Leadership training and team building as well as basic management skills are my forte.

Finding a job is different for each person, there are many fields under the same title. Take for instance nursing, nursing can mean anything from working in a doctors office, to being a school nurse. The need for clarification of job duties, responsibilities are also at times oblique and vague. Many people find themselves bemused at having "other" unseen work duties that were not mentioned in the initial interview. Another dry area is time restaints if the job is in retail the hours can change from morning to night even on a rotating shift. For some people this wrecks havoc with home life balance. Other people may have children and find it difficult to stay an additional amount of time, as they might like to be home with thier family. Yes, I find that clarification can aid both the employers and the new employee better than just finding out "for your self".
