You should probably try to have all elements of the "Best" bosses. In general, I find it important to be a "situational" Boss, every person working for you has a slightly different business ethic, and are motivated to work in different ways, you must find these and help them achieve their goals. There is no such thing as "one size fits all" boss.

I know a boss I had would sit their while we suppose cleaning this house and she be eatting ice cream god that was stupid I mean how can eat someone food for the person your working for that so stupided

The WORST boss is the sociopath who not only refuses to pay you, but seeks to personally destroy your reputation because of his own narcissism/control/insecurity issues. All other types (short of the axe murderers) are merely inconveniences...
